Karen has a unique and broad background as an executive in finance, operations and project management in fast-paced, ever-changing, technical and creative environments. She has 20 years combined experience in the global entertainment, design, production, construction, online and consumer products industries for such companies as The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. and ESPN.
Karen works with individuals from many industries, disciplines, backgrounds, personalities and executive levels of an organization. Her experience working in many different cultures and environments from creative, complex matrix organizations, to highly-structured, political environments and small entrepreneurial companies enables her to understand cultural and organizational dynamics and how they relate to executives’ and their organizations’ growth opportunities.
Karen has a BS in Finance, a MBA in Management & Organizational Behavior, and is a certified Organizational & Executive Coach and Personal & Life Coach from New York University. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Emotional and Social Competency Inventory® (ESCI®®) and DISC®.
